A trusted curatorial voice, shaping meaningful cultural outcomes.

Hayley Kaplan is an art advisor and curator with over a decade of experience across commercial galleries and art advisory in Sydney and New York. She works with developers and corporate clients to navigate public art requirements and bring genuine curatorial judgement to the collections and commissions she oversees.

Throughout her career, Hayley has advised on public art commissions and placemaking projects for national corporate clients, working closely with councils and government stakeholders to ensure outcomes that are both compliant and culturally meaningful. Her background also spans residential and commercial art consulting, where she developed a discerning eye for emerging and established talent, and built a reputation as a trusted curatorial voice.

With a Master of Art Business (Honors) from Sotheby's Institute of Art, New York, and a Bachelor of Art Theory from the University of New South Wales, Hayley brings a commercially grounded, client-first approach to every project. She believes public art should be accessible and clearly explained, not shrouded in jargon, so clients can make confident, informed decisions at every stage.

Known for her sharp curatorial eye and deep understanding of both the art world and the development process, Hayley has built strong relationships with artists, galleries and industry partners across Sydney and New York. Her approach is practical, transparent and always focused on delivering art outcomes that resonate with the people and places they're made for.

Brooke Louttit is an art advisor and curator specialising in public art strategy, curated collections and cultural placemaking. With more than a decade of experience across the arts, Brooke works with developers, architects, government and private organisations to shape meaningful cultural outcomes that respond to place, people and purpose.

Brooke began her career in construction, managing government, commercial and private projects. This gives her a practical understanding of the development process and allows her to work seamlessly with developers, architects, consultants and contractors, ensuring artistic ambition remains achievable, commercially considered and integrated from the earliest stages.

She later co-founded production studio Bel Creative, producing and directing documentaries and commissioned content for the NSW Departments of Health, Education, and Communities & Justice. Projects such as Tirkandi Inaburra, made in close collaboration with young people and educators, deepened her experience in community consultation and culturally sensitive storytelling, skills that now sit at the centre of her curatorial practice.

Brooke has advised on commercial workplaces, residential developments, hospitality venues, healthcare environments and public realm projects across Australia, from public art strategies and artist selection to curatorial frameworks and bespoke collections. Holding a Master of Curating and Cultural Leadership, she brings a research-led approach to every project, believing the most successful art outcomes begin long before an artist is commissioned, through listening carefully, understanding context and uncovering the stories that make each place unique.
